The Tariff includes the below:

STARTER PACK : When you arrive at the Apartment we provide a complimentary

• Refreshment pack consisting of water, tea, filter coffee, milk powder, sugar, salt, biscuits, noodles pack and (eggs-on-demand).
• Basic toiletry: - Soap, Shampoo sachet, Washing Powder toilet rolls & fresheners.
• Other services: - Candles, matches, Mosquito Repellent, first aid box
• Upon exhaustion can be replenished at an extra cost.

CLEANING SERVICES : Each property has a cleaning service on daily basis; however linen in the apartment would be changed after every three days. All cleaning supplies are provided. However, incase of any interim cleaning required, other then the regular scheduled, the same would be chargeable.

The cleaner’s daily duties include: Cleaning bathrooms, bed making, sweeping, dusting, washing pots and pans, cleaning the kitchen

Not included: Washing your personal Laundry. We can advise of local laundries if you require this service.

BELL SERVICES : The Staff for guest requirements is available on request, for daily needs like buying grocery, bakery, and arrangement of taxi service and to provide assistance for the chargeable services mentioned below. Door bell will be provided to the guest at the time of check in.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS : All bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied and laundered a minimum of twice per week

POOL TOWELS : We also supply pool towels (On Demand) but we kindly request that these are not to be taken to the beach or inside the apartment. Pool timings are strictly to be adhered to.

(NOTE : All of the below services are optional and are subject to availability only. Kindly note that incase of any damages or breakdowns, the cost for repairs / damages would be charged to the guests as per actual.)
